Make it stand out.
“I KNOW what to do, what to eat, how to exercise. WHY can’t I get myself to do it?”
What if you could go from KNOWING to DOING…
From pain to progress…
To make your HEALTH the most valuable asset that you have not just in principle, but in the mirror as well?
“I had hip and shoulder pain from surgeries, accidents and improper recovery. I was afraid of PAIN from moving my body and didn’t want to do much of anything. Now that I’m a warrior, I look forward to daily workouts and opportunities to get outside and enjoy my life.” Jennifer G.
“I hate the gym. I honestly prefer to spend my time at the bar hitting jager bombs and eating junk food. I WANTED to look and feel my best… but that’s about it. A switch flipped for me when I became a warrior, and now I’m adding protein to all my meals and have even quit smoking!” Joe G.
“I work as a clinician helping people recover from injuries by teaching them how to lift weights and move their bodies. I TEACH this stuff, and find it hard to practice. Through practicing grit, I moved health from a value I spoke about to a value I live on a daily basis.”- Reba
How many years have you gone without looking and feeling your best? Better yet, how many times have you pulled up a program like this on your phone (maybe even purchased it, heck maybe you even used it for a month or two) and a year later you’re in the same spot you have been.
Meanwhile, you see people on instagram taking a sweaty selfie and they at least APPEAR to be enjoying their exercise therapy. What gives?
Imagine an alternate reality, just for a moment.
You wake up 45 minutes before you first meeting of the day. Instead of looking at your email, you brew some tea, sit down for a 15 minute meditation to calm your nervous system and enhance your executive function. With renewed vigor, you tackle your work from home agenda like a machine.
You logoff for 90 minutes at lunch to get a quick 45 minutes of stretching and sweating in, followed by a delicious meal. With your mind and body trained for the day, you tackle the last few hours of fires, projects and meetings with vigor. You could still work for another hour or two, but instead you decide to get some quality time with the family before settling into a good book before bed.
Drifting off to sleep, you sleep the sleep of babes without fears of what comes tomorrow. You're resilient both mentally and physically. You’re a warrior.
Yet, for some reason, instead of choosing that reality we choose these ones:
Right now, our customer is going through a period of heightened stress, and what was once somewhat doable is now very, very difficult. The increased time and the increased PRESSURE to do something with that time is making decisions (and sticking with those decisions) more difficult.
I have been in physical therapy for months and feel little measurable progress in my body. My joints still hurt, and sometimes I do something that causes pain which erodes my confidence makes me afraid to move.
I see my friends on Instagram or FB working out and getting in shape during the quarantine, and I feel like I’m the only one having a hard time getting my butt moving. I don’t feel like I have any LEGITIMATE excuse to not workout, but I’m just not making it happen.
I can do a HIIT or Bootcamp workout for a few days or a week straight, but then i just feel more and more fatigued every workout and i cannot stick with it. I KNOW movement feels good but can’t stick with anything for very long. I feel weak right now.
I’ve been doing hard workouts 5 days a week for the last 3 months and I’m just not getting where I want to go. I FEEL stronger, but I also havent lost the last 15lbs. I don’t want to go another 6 months standing STILL, making no progress or even taking a step backward.
I’ve tried KETO and Intermittent fasting and it feels good at first. I lose a few pounds, but by week 3 or 4 I just feel tired all the time and I don’t want to. I want my nutrition and training plan to make me feel energized, not WORSE than I do normally.
I work a full day running my own business, then I come home to take care of my family’s needs. I make sure everyone is getting good grades, gets to exercise , goes to bed on time. Instead of doing any of those things for myself, the best I can manage is Netflix, a glass of wine and some chocolate (when I indulge!) I pull out all the stops when it comes to everyone else's needs, but MY needs don’t seem to make it to the top of the list.
And then when it comes to changing the narrative, we take half measures, trust the “experts” and end up back where we started, only with precious time and money lost.
“My doctor tells me there is nothing wrong with me, my physical therapist has me do wrist exercises when I tell them my grip is weak, my naturopath prescribes herbs to help me sleep, my chiropractor cracks my back AND sells me supplements for my pituitary gland, my massage therapist rubs my neck and back but no one can help me get rid of this feeling of being tired and unable to bring myself out of this funk. I feel like something is wrong with me but my providers just shrug and refer me to a specialist who wants to manage my symptoms but not HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT.”
Specialists are actually amazing at what they do, but they can’t “fix” you. You’re not “broken”. You can get where you want to go even if you have a bad back/metabolism/auto-immune disease/etc. I know this because we see it every single day.
“I’ve tried every diet pill, magic exercise machine, shake program, electroshock device and fad eating plan only to slowly gain weight over the past 10 years. I’ve never enjoyed exercise, and each day I look at food as (at best) a chore or (at worst) a morality referendum where I’m “Good” if I eat kale and chicken or “bad” if I eat bread and ice-cream. I can’t stick to a diet and frankly don’t want to have ANY more “food rules” pushed on me. I feel like I’ve tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING works for me or even makes me feel better!”
There is no magic pill, superfood or secret exercises. There are no secrets out there at all. There are some good stratagies and tactics (you even know what many of them are). Being consistent at applying them is what seperates warrior from worrier.
“I’ve been successful at bootcamps, crossfit and beachbody workouts...for a time. Even though the coaches are positive and the people are nice to me, I end up falling off the wagon and not being able to pull myself back on. Life gets in the way and then I don’t want to start all over again being the slowest one in class, so I quit. Sometimes people don’t even notice when I stop showing up and I interpret that as a sign they never really cared at all. I didn’t have any accountability.”
I haven’t seen a lot of programs that are BAD for you (even crossfit is mostly good for you, despite its rep). The only thing you need to succeed in any of these programs is to feel successful on day 1 and keep showing up on day 10 and day 100. What keeps us engaged with a program? Joy. Dopamine and seratonin if you’re a science person.
“I’ve signed up for “boutique” gyms in the past and even in the small group environment I feel like it’s hard to ask questions, ask for help or get anyone to give me what I need. It FEELs like I’m annoying people when I can’t do the exercise for whatever reason I end up just not asking for help… then I stop going because I’m basically doing things that other people are doing, and maybe I shouldn’t. I didn’t have a coach checking in on me and making sure I was doing what I need to be doing or individualized attention.”
Attention is the key word. Paying attention where you are and where you need to go is both your job, and the job of your coach. It takes two to tango, and we can’t do without you.
“I tried a challenge through my office where we were eating healthy for 45 days and it was fun, but I didn’t get any results. I basically eat healthy to begin with, but I”m not dropping the weight in fact it’s piling on. I don’t eat junk food and I don’t get why my friend cuts out FRENCH FRIES and loses 20lbs!?!”
Taking action is great, but its’ only sustainable when it gets rewarded with results, emotional pleasure and personal acknowledgement. Most importantly results.
But so what? What does any of this matter? It’s a pandemic and I’ve been mainlining youtube videos of cats to prop up my fragile mental state.
Let’s break the cycle of stop and start, feast or famine, clean eating sprint followed by cheat day/week/life food coma. Earn back your confidence, your strength and your favorite pair of jeans from college, you know the ones...
The road to you at your proudest and most energetic isn’t paved with more of the same stuff. It’s not even about what you do, but about HOW you do it. Every step is a micro victory, every habit a 1% increase in the compounding interest you’re earning on your health. Now time is friend, and you have all the power.
In your 2020 rehab course, you’ll develop the some things that will keep you fit long after the program concludes like:
Trust in yourself. Because you’ll be gradually letting go of “rules” like calories and macros you’ll have the skills to consistently eat well on the road, on vacation, at family gatherings and not just look good naked, but enjoy your life.
Less anxiety. With the reduction in rules and creation of healthy habits, you’ll see first hand the benefits to lifestyle changes. Not only will you feel better, but when life throws you a curveball you’ll know how to handle it.
More resilience. Health is the source of your energy and durability both literally and figuratively. You will be more resistant to disease, but you’ll also have the focus and energy and emotional stability to bounce back after setbacks, to show up more fully as a human, a creator, a worker and a friend.
2020 Rehab is not a diet or workout. It is a 6-month program that is self-paced, designed to build habits, shift your fitness mindset and help you re-work your identity when it comes to health.
You’ll do this by committing to small daily tasks that build to significant changes.

But coach, this is a pandemic and I’m already overwhelmed- spend as little as 15 minutes a day on your health or as much as 2 hours. Both produce great results!
, under energised and totally out of shape- if you can walk, you’re ready to start. With the guidance of your coach, you’re able to begin where you are and build your routines based on your ability.
. Plus I don’t want to go to a gym- no equipment workouts/little equipment workouts available.
Well if it is for all of these scenarios, then who is it not for? Great question.
It is NOT for you if:
You’re in a hurry (I need to get these 15lbs off by valentines day). This program is not a crash diet. We’ll provide guidance for fat loss, but at a sustainable pace of 1 to 2 lbs per week.
You just want a meal plan or more rules (yes we have recipes, and your coach can help YOU create a meal plan if you like planning ahead) but this isn’t about the secret macro percentage or a new rule. Calories matter and we’ll talk about how to use them as guardrails, but this isn’t a spreadsheet type of program. It's a program to support change.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’ve gone down this path myself and personally helped hundreds of people figure this out. I’ll make sure that you don’t flail and falter or waste time moving in the wrong direction.
The tactics and strategies assembled from the best and brightest in their respective fields. You’ll have John Berardi crafting your nutrition plan, with Carol Dweck and Jane McConigal helping you shape your support network and mindsets. You’ll have me showing you how to do a pushup, and not mocking you because your socks don’t match while you do it.
You’ll have the best support network in the business, with the best track record. And you can try it for a month, completely risk free! If you don’t feel like you are able to make real change and progress, get 100% of your money back.
